We had wanted to buy a holiday home abroad for 19 years and our search hadn’t taken us to Crete. However, a last minute holiday to Chania was booked and we fell in love with North West Crete. We had found our ideal place in the sun.

So using the experience of our property business in the UK we quickly returned to find a plot or house with the view to buy. In that week, with much help, we had found our perfect plot and proceeded to work with our reputable colleagues who we work with now. From finding the plot, to completing the legal requirements, to the architect’s design and the completion of the construction we achieved our goal of many years without complication.

Now we work with the same people who helped us, and in the same manner we can help you achieve that same desire we had years ago, whether it’s buying a plot or renovating a property, buying an apartment, or building a villa.
